Stock Photo Express Group never collects, knows or needs your username and password information. All passwords kept encrypted on your hard drive and used only to connect to the server of a microstock agency. The software never send out any information, and doesn't contain any spyware, adware, or viruses.
We have Softpedia 100% Clean Certificate, which means SPE does not contain any form of malware, including but not limited to: spyware, viruses, trojans and backdoors. You can always check.
Plus, SPE has been used for years by photographers and designers and have a well-earned reputation. Ask arround.

• How long does it take to get my serial number?
During weekdays and normal working hours you should receive your serial number in 24 hours or less. Weekends / Holidays - next business day.
If you have not received your serial number in the time period outlined above, please check you spam settings and look in the junkmail folder. If you still can't find the serial number, please contact us, and include your order number and name.
• I have lost my serial number. How do I retrieve my serial number?
Please contact us, and include your full name.
• Are there any plans to have an Mac OS version?
We don't plan to develop a Mac OS version. At least, not for now. Sorry...
• When new version of SPE coming out?
Although we are working hard, we can't tell beforehand the release date of a new version. But we recommend to subscribe to our email newsletter and you'll be the first to know about new version release and to get new list of upcoming features.
• How do I stop receiving correspondence from SPE?
There is an option to unsubscribe to any email communication at the bottom of every e-mail broadcast.

Right click on spe.exe, then click on Properties, and on the Compatibility tab. Check the Run this program as an administrator box, and click apply, and then OK.
Note: If you are doing this while logged on as a standard user instead of an administrator, then you will need to also click on the Change settings for all users button and type in the administrator's password.
