• Choose the files that you want to upload from Stock Photo Express Navigator.

• Click ADD SELECTED FILES TO UPLOAD LIST.

• Click CREATE UPLOADING SESSION.

• Choose the settings that you want.

• Choose the photo agency where you want your photo(s) to be uploaded.

• Choose session type: IMMEDIATELY, LATER (manual upload), or AT SPECIFIC TIME.

• Choose between using your own name for the session or leaving it as a default.

• Click the SAVE button.

• The session will then be created, and work according on your settings.

Writing IPTC Data Attributes into Image Files
  Stock Photo Express enables you to record information - such as the name, description, keywords and other data ? into an image file. After uploading to the photo agency, the data is read automatically; you don’t need to add the information to any photo agency again.
  There are two types of writing the data into an image file: FAST and EXPANDED. The free space for adding the information such as the name, description and keywords is located right under the navigator tab. You can enter that data by choosing the file and filling out the needed information, then clicking SAVE.
  The expanded version allows you to enter even more information ? such as author, title of the author, name of the person adding the information, and copyright information ? and also allows you to work with templates.
  To get the IPTC data icon to appear, choose SHOW FILE INFO in the upper area of the navigator, right-click on the picture, and the choose FILE INFO. (To make it easier, you can just use the hot key Ctrl+I.)

Status Accounting for each Image
  Shock Photo Express has a status accounting feature for keeping track of the file status of each photo in your photo bank.
  You can always know which files have been uploaded into which agency, and which files have yet to be uploaded. Statuses for uploaded images are set automatically.
