Status accounting for each image


  Statuses for uploaded images are displayed automatically. You have the option of setting the statuses of files located in the agencies manually:
"Inspection", "Rejected", "Accepted", "Uploaded", "Can resubmit", "Donated", and "Undefined".


  By the extended statuses' control (File Info / Statuses tab), in the COMMENTS field associated with each agency, you can enter any text that might be helpful, for example, why any file was rejected and what needs to be done prior to sending that file again.


Search for images
To search for a particular image, click the F3 button. In the pull down menu will be a field for inputting your search request. After filling this out, click on the button SEARCH.


Data copying
  You can copy ITRC data (e.g., keywords, titles, descriptions) from one image to another.
Click with the right button of the mouse on an image and choose COPY METADATA.
Then, to merge data with another image, click on PASTE METADATA.

Adding file folders to "Favorites"


  If you want to add a new catalog on your hard drive to "Favorites", go to the option FAVORITES and click on ADD TO FAVORITES. The designated file folder will be added to the list and then you will have a convenient way of finding it again.
